At QualiFour, we attach paramount importance to confidentiality and the protection of personal data.

Who is QualiFour  ?

When we refer to “QualiFour,” we are referring to QualiFour SA, registered in the Tunis National Business Register under number E1654592, with its registered office located at 8 Rue Ibn Nadim, 1st floor – Montplaisir 1073, Tunis – Tunisia.

QualiFour acts as the controller of the personal data we collect and process.

According to Tunisian Organic Law No. 2004-63 of July 27, 2004, relating to the protection of personal data, personal data is defined as any information, regardless of its origin or form, that directly or indirectly identifies a natural person or makes them identifiable. This definition excludes only information related to public life or considered as such by law.

What personal data  do we collect?

At QualiFour, we may collect and process the following personal data:

  • Identification data and professional contact details: last name, first name, professional email address, phone number, job title, company, when you request a demo, register for our events, or wish to receive our communications.
  • Information you provide to us directly: messages, forms, specific requests when booking a demo, responses to surveys, or exchanges with our support team.
  • Exchanges and communications: emails, newsletters, event recordings (e.g., webinars), responses to forms.

Why do we collect your data  ?
